Whoever puts on a dress or uses an insignia indicating that he is a priest, novice, ascetic, or clergyman of any religion without being entitled thereto, in order to make other persons believe that he is such person, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding twenty thousand Baht, or both.
