Land Lease Agreement with Right to Build (Thailand, Bilingual EN-TH)
For a land lease involving a proposed residential building funded by the lessee. The form addresses the rent schedule, building arrangements and end-of-term treatment. A matching, separately registered superficies instrument is required for the proposed building-ownership structure. This download does not itself create or complete that registration.

How to use the downloads
Two ZIP downloads are supplied: an editable Word pack and a matching PDF reference pack. Unzip the files and read the included guide. Each document puts English instructions first, then Thai instructions. The bilingual instrument begins on a separate page, with signature blocks and separate attachments. Logos appear only on instruction pages.
Fields such as {{LENDER_ADDRESS}} show where to insert your information. This example means the lender’s full address. Replace the whole label, including the braces. For blank lines, follow the English and Thai label and leave signatures until signing. The instructions explain repeated fields, alternative choices, dates, amounts and the final check for missing information.
