ในการประชุมใหญ่ ถ้าไม่มีผู้ถือหุ้นมาเข้าประชุมรวมกันแทนหุ้นได้ถึงจำนวนหนึ่งในสี่แห่งทุนของบริษัทเป็นอย่างน้อยแล้ว ท่านว่าที่ประชุมอันนั้นจะปรึกษากิจการอันใดหาได้ไม่
