นั้นไซร้ หากว่าการประชุมใหญ่นั้นได้เรียกนัดเพราะผู้ถือหุ้นร้องขอ ท่านให้เลิกประชุมถ้าการประชุมใหญ่นั้นมิใช่ชนิดซึ่งเรียกนัดเพราะผู้ถือหุ้นร้องขอไซร้ ท่านให้เรียกนัดใหม่อีกคราวหนึ่งภายในสิบสี่วัน และการประชุมใหญ่ครั้งหลังนี้ท่านไม่บังคับว่าจำต้องครบองค์ประชุม
