Usufruct Addendum and Registration Guide
At the Land Office, the parties sign the Land Department’s own usufruct contract, in Thai only, which contains only the basic terms. This pack gives you a bilingual Addendum (English and Thai, clause by clause) that records the additional terms between the owner and the usufructuary, and a step-by-step guide to the registration.
