การประชุมใหญ่ต้องมีผู้ถือหุ้นหรือผู้รับมอบฉันทะจากผู้ถือหุ้นเข้าร่วมประชุมกันไม่น้อยกว่าสองคนและมีจำนวนหุ้นนับรวมกันได้ไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งในสี่แห่งทุนของบริษัท จึงจะสามารถลงมติในเรื่องใด ๆ ได้

A general meeting may pass a resolution on any matter only if not less than two shareholders, or proxies of shareholders, attend the meeting and together hold not less than one fourth of the capital of the company.
