วิธีดังบัญญัติไว้ในมาตราต่อ ๆ ไปนี้ ท่านให้ใช้บังคับแก่การประชุมใหญ่ เว้นแต่จะมีข้อบังคับของบริษัทกำหนดไว้เป็นข้อความขัดกัน
