การบอกกล่าวว่าจะปันผลอย่างใด ๆ อันได้อนุญาตให้จ่ายนั้น ให้บริษัทมีจดหมายบอกกล่าวไปยังตัวผู้ถือหุ้นที่ปรากฏชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนผู้ถือหุ้นทุกคน แต่ในกรณีที่บริษัทมีหุ้นชนิดที่มีใบหุ้นออกให้แก่ผู้ถือ ให้โฆษณาในหนังสือพิมพ์แห่งท้องที่อย่างน้อยหนึ่งคราวด้วย

English translation
Notice of any dividend which has been authorised must be given by letter from the company to every shareholder named in the register of shareholders. Where the company has shares represented by bearer share certificates, the notice must also be published at least once in a local newspaper.
