Section 3 repeals the Alien Business Law B.E. 2515 (1972) and related announcements, replacing it with the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542.

English Translation
Section 3. The following shall be repealed:
(1) the Announcement of the National Executive Council No. 281, dated 24 November B.E. 2515;
(2) the Act Amending the Announcement of the National Executive Council No. 281, dated 24 November B.E. 2515 (No. 2) B.E. 2521.
