มาตรา 17 คำขอรับใบอนุญาตต้องมีรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
(1) แผนการประกอบธุรกิจ
(2) ประเภทของธุรกิจที่ขออนุญาต
(3) จำนวนทุนและแหล่งที่มาของทุน
(4) จำนวนและสัดส่วนของพนักงานไทยและต่างชาติ
(5) เหตุผลและความจำเป็นที่คนต่างด้าวต้องประกอบธุรกิจนั้น
(6) รายละเอียดอื่นตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
English Translation
Section 17. An application for a license shall contain the following particulars:
(1) the business plan;
(2) the type of business to be operated;
(3) the amount and sources of capital;
(4) the number and ratio of Thai and foreign employees;
(5) the rationale and necessity for the foreigner to operate such business;
(6) other particulars as prescribed by ministerial regulation.
