Section 39 — Penalty for Obstruction / มาตรา 39 — โทษขัดขวางการตรวจสอบ

Section 39 penalizes obstruction of FBA inspections or refusal to comply with summons with up to 1 year imprisonment and/or fines up to 50,000 THB.

มาตรา 39 ผู้ใดขัดขวาง ไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่ง หรือไม่อำนวยความสะดวกแก่นายทะเบียนซึ่งปฏิบัติการตามมาตรา 30 มาตรา 31 หรือมาตรา 32 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

English Translation

Section 39. Any person who obstructs, fails to comply with orders, or fails to provide facilitation to the Registrar performing duties under Section 30, Section 31, or Section 32 shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one year, or a fine not exceeding fifty thousand Baht, or both.
