มาตรา 35 ผู้ใดแจ้งข้อความอันเป็นเท็จ แสดงเอกสารเท็จ หรือปกปิดข้อเท็จจริงที่ต้องแจ้งในการยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตหรือหนังสือรับรอง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
English Translation
Section 35. Any person who gives false statements, presents false documents, or conceals facts which are required to be disclosed in an application for a license or certificate shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand Baht, or both.
