Section 29 provides that a Foreign Business Certificate remains valid as long as the underlying treaty, BOI, or IEAT authorization continues in effect.

English Translation
Section 29. A certificate shall remain valid for so long as the certificate holder continues to be authorized under the relevant law. If such authorization terminates, the certificate shall also become void.

EN: Certificate validity is tied to the underlying authorization (treaty, BOI promotion, or IEAT permission). If BOI privileges are revoked or treaty eligibility is lost, the certificate automatically becomes void. This differs from licenses which have their own revocation procedures under Section 20.
