มาตรา 16 คนต่างด้าวผู้ใดประสงค์จะประกอบธุรกิจตามบัญชีสามท้ายพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตต่ออธิบดี ในกรณีที่ประสงค์จะประกอบธุรกิจตามบัญชีสอง ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตต่ออธิบดีเพื่อเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการพิจารณาและเสนอรัฐมนตรีเพื่อนำเสนอคณะรัฐมนตรีอนุมัติ
English Translation
Section 16. A foreigner who desires to operate a business under List Three annexed to this Act shall file an application for a license with the Director-General. In the case of a business under List Two, the application shall be filed with the Director-General for submission to the Committee for consideration and to the Minister for the Cabinet's approval.
