มาตรา 18 ในการอนุญาต อธิบดีหรือรัฐมนตรีแล้วแต่กรณี อาจกำหนดเงื่อนไขให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตปฏิบัติ รวมทั้ง
(1) จำนวนทุนขั้นต่ำ
(2) สัดส่วนพนักงานไทยต่อพนักงานต่างชาติ
(3) การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีให้แก่คนไทย
(4) เงื่อนไขอื่นที่เห็นสมควร
English Translation
Section 18. In granting a license, the Director-General or the Minister, as the case may be, may prescribe conditions for the licensee to comply with, including:
(1) the minimum amount of capital;
(2) the ratio of Thai to foreign employees;
(3) the transfer of technology to Thai nationals;
(4) other conditions as deemed appropriate.
