Section 45 preserves existing rights and authorizations granted under the Alien Business Law B.E. 2515 during the transition to the Foreign Business Act.

English Translation
Section 45. While a foreigner under Section 43 has not yet obtained a license or certificate under this Act, the license or authorization issued under the prior law shall continue to remain valid.

EN: This section ensures business continuity during the transition period. The prior authorization remains valid until the new license or certificate is issued or until the application period expires under Section 44, whichever occurs first.
