Section 2 of the Foreign Business Act — effective date. The FBA came into force on 4 March 2000, 120 days after publication in the Royal Gazette.

English Translation
Section 2. This Act shall come into force upon the expiration of one hundred and twenty days from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.

EN: The Act was published in the Government Gazette on 4 November B.E. 2542 (1999) and came into force on 4 March B.E. 2543 (2000), allowing a 120-day transition period for existing businesses to comply.
