(1) Production, sale, and maintenance of weapons, ammunition, warships, and military aircraft
(2) Domestic transportation by land, water, and air, including domestic aviation
(3) Trading of antiques or art objects
Category 2: Businesses affecting arts, culture, customs, and folk handicrafts
(4) Trading of antiques and art objects
(5) Production of carved wood articles
(6) Silkworm raising, Thai silk production, weaving, or printing
(7) Production of Thai musical instruments
(8) Production of gold ware, silver ware, niello ware, lacquer ware, or stone-paved ware
Category 3: Businesses affecting natural resources or environment
(9) Mining, including rock blasting or rock crushing
(10) Wood processing for furniture and utensils

EN: List Two businesses require Cabinet approval upon the recommendation of the Foreign Business Committee. This is the most restrictive license category (aside from List One's absolute ban). The approval process involves the Director-General, the Committee, the Minister, and finally the Cabinet. In practice, very few licenses are granted for List Two businesses.
