Section 32 — Power to Enter Premises / มาตรา 32 — อำนาจเข้าสถานที่

Section 32 authorizes the Registrar to enter foreign business premises during business hours for inspection and compliance verification under the FBA.

มาตรา 32 ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ นายทะเบียนมีอำนาจเข้าไปในสถานที่ประกอบธุรกิจของคนต่างด้าวในระหว่างเวลาทำการเพื่อตรวจสอบ และให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องอำนวยความสะดวกตามสมควร

English Translation

Section 32. In the performance of duties under this Act, the Registrar shall have the power to enter the business premises of a foreigner during business hours for the purpose of inspection, and related persons shall provide reasonable facilitation.
