English Translation
Section 8. The provisions of Sections 5, 6, and 7 shall not apply to: (1) a foreigner permitted to operate a business under a treaty to which Thailand is a party; (2) a foreigner permitted under the Investment Promotion Act; (3) a foreigner permitted under the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand Act.
