Section 10 empowers the Minister of Commerce to issue ministerial regulations for implementing the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 in Thailand.

English Translation

Section 10. The Minister shall have the power to issue ministerial regulations prescribing rules and procedures for the implementation of this Act.
