Section 13 — Office Requirement / มาตรา 13 — สำนักงาน
Section 13 requires every licensed foreign business to maintain a physical office in Thailand and designate a responsible person resident in the country.

English Translation
Section 13. A foreigner operating a business under this Act shall have an office within the Kingdom and shall have a responsible person domiciled in the Kingdom.
