Section 15 defines duties of Foreign Business Committee including advising the Minister and reviewing foreign business license applications under the FBA.

English Translation

Section 15. The Committee shall have the following duties: (1) recommending policies concerning business operations by foreigners; (2) considering matters relating to permission; (3) prescribing conditions; (4) supervising compliance; (5) performing other functions as prescribed by law.
