Section 20 requires foreign business licensees to comply with all prescribed conditions. Non-compliance may result in license revocation under the FBA.

English Translation
Section 20. A licensee shall comply with all conditions prescribed in the license. If a licensee fails to comply with conditions, the Director-General or the Minister, as the case may be, shall have the power to revoke the license. Before revocation, a written warning shall be issued requiring compliance within a prescribed period.
