Section 31 grants the Registrar power to summon documents and persons for examination to ensure compliance with the Foreign Business Act in Thailand.

English Translation

Section 31. The Registrar shall have the power to order a foreigner or any related person to submit documents, evidence, or any information, or to give statements for the purpose of inspection.
