English Translation
Section 46. The Minister of Commerce shall oversee the implementation of this Act and shall have the power to appoint registrars and competent officials, and to issue ministerial regulations prescribing fees not exceeding the rates annexed to this Act and prescribing other matters for the implementation of this Act.
