(12) การค้าภายในเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือผลิตผลทางการเกษตรพื้นเมืองที่ยังไม่มีกฎหมายห้าม
(13) การค้าปลีกสินค้าทุกชนิดที่มีทุนขั้นต่ำรวมทั้งสิ้นน้อยกว่า 100 ล้านบาท หรือที่มีทุนขั้นต่ำของแต่ละร้านค้าน้อยกว่า 20 ล้านบาท

(7) Architectural service business

(9) Construction, except:
(a) construction requiring special tools, machinery, technology, or expertise by foreigners, with minimum capital of not less than 500 million Baht
(b) other types of construction as prescribed by ministerial regulation
(10) Brokerage or agency business, except:
(a) brokerage of securities or agricultural futures
(b) brokerage or agency for purchasing or procuring goods domestically for export
(c) direct sales agency
(11) Auctioning
