Section 40 — Penalty for Not Displaying License / มาตรา 40 — โทษไม่แสดงใบอนุญาต

Section 40 imposes a fine up to 10,000 THB for failure to display a Foreign Business License or Certificate at the place of business in Thailand.

มาตรา 40 ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตหรือหนังสือรับรองผู้ใดไม่แสดงใบอนุญาตหรือหนังสือรับรองตามมาตรา 21 หรือมาตรา 28 ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท

English Translation

Section 40. Any licensee or certificate holder who fails to display the license or certificate under Section 21 or Section 28 shall be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht.
