Section 42 imposes daily fines of 10,000 to 50,000 THB for continuing violations of the Foreign Business Act in Thailand until the breach is remedied.

มาตรา 42 ในกรณีที่ผู้ต้องโทษตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ยังคงฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามอยู่ ผู้นั้นต้องระวางโทษปรับอีกวันละไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งหมื่นบาทแต่ไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท ตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตาม
English Translation
Section 42. In the case where a person convicted under this Act continues the violation or non-compliance, such person shall be liable to an additional fine of not less than ten thousand Baht but not exceeding fifty thousand Baht per day for the duration of the violation or non-compliance.
