ผู้ใดจะสละหรือจำหน่ายจ่ายโอนโดยประการใด ซึ่งสิทธิอันหากจะมีในภายหน้าในการสืบมรดกผู้ที่ยังมีชีวิตอยู่นั้นไม่ได้
