ผู้ทำพินัยกรรมไม่จำเป็นต้องเปิดเผยข้อความในพินัยกรรมนั้นให้พยานทราบ เว้นแต่กฎหมายจะได้ระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นมาตรา ๑๖๖๙[279] ในระหว่างเวลาที่ประเทศตกอยู่ในภาวะการรบหรือการสงคราม บุคคลที่รับราชการทหารหรือทำการเกี่ยวข้องอยู่กับราชการทหาร จะทำพินัยกรรมตามแบบที่บัญญัติไว้ใน
