ความสมบูรณ์แห่งพินัยกรรมซึ่งทำขึ้นตามมาตราก่อนนั้นย่อมสิ้นไปเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งเดือนนับแต่เวลาผู้ทำพินัยกรรมกลับมาสู่ฐานะที่จะทำพินัยกรรมตามแบบอื่นที่กำหนดไว้ได้
