ความสมบูรณ์แห่งพินัยกรรมซึ่งทำขึ้นตามมาตราก่อนนั้นย่อมสิ้นไปเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งเดือนนับแต่เวลาผู้ทำพินัยกรรมกลับมาสู่ฐานะที่จะทำพินัยกรรมตามแบบอื่นที่กำหนดไว้ได้

A will made under the preceding Section ceases to be valid on the expiry of one month from the time when the testator again became able to make a will in one of the other prescribed forms.
