แต่กำหนดเวลานี้ เมื่อผู้จัดการมรดกร้องขอก่อนสิ้นกำหนดเวลาหนึ่งเดือน ศาลจะอนุญาตให้ขยายต่อไปอีกก็ได้บัญชีนั้นต้องทำต่อหน้าพยานอย่างน้อยสองคน ซึ่งต้องเป็นผู้มีส่วนได้เสียในกองมรดกนั้นด้วยบุคคลซึ่งจะเป็นพยานในการทำพินัยกรรมไม่ได้ตาม

The administrator of an estate must begin making an inventory of the estate within 15 days: 1. from the death of the de cujus if, at such time, the administrator has knowledge of his appointment under the will entrusted by the Court. 2. from the date when the administrator has knowledge of his appointment under the will entrusted to him, or 3. from the date of his acceptance of administratorship in any other case.
