A buyer agreed to purchase estate land from the second of two estate administrators, with the first administrator’s consent, leaving a 600,000 baht balance to pay on transfer. The transfer was never registered. The first administrator then transferred the property to the beneficiary under the will, who sued to evict the buyer and claimed 100,000 baht a month in damages.
