บุริมสิทธิในมูลรับขนนั้น ใช้สำหรับเอาค่าระวางพาหนะในการรับขนคนโดยสารหรือของ กับทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายอันเป็นอุปกรณ์ และเป็นบุริมสิทธิมีอยู่เหนือของและเครื่องเดินทางทั้งหมดอันอยู่ในมือของผู้ขนส่ง
