ผู้ใดพาบุคคลอายุเกินสิบห้าปี แต่ยังไม่เกินสิบแปดปีไปเพื่อการอนาจาร แม้ผู้นั้นจะยินยอมก็ตาม ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามปีถึงสิบห้าปี และปรับตั้งแต่หกหมื่นบาทถึงสามแสนบาท
ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคหนึ่ง ได้กระทำแก่เด็กอายุยังไม่เกินสิบห้าปี ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท

Whoever takes away a person over fifteen years but not over eighteen years of age for indecent acts, even with such person's consent, shall be punished with imprisonment of three to fifteen years and fined of sixty thousand to three hundred thousand Baht.
If the offence under paragraph one is committed against a child not over fifteen years of age, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of five to twenty years and fined of one hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Baht.
If the offence under paragraph one is committed against a child not over fifteen years of age, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of five to twenty years and fined of one hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Baht.
