มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม หนังสือมอบอำนาจตามวรรคหนึ่งจะถอนเสียมิได้ตราบเท่าที่ผู้เยาว์ยังอยู่ในความอุปการะเลี้ยงดูของสถานสงเคราะห์เด็กนั้นมาตรา ๑๕๙๘/๒๔[257] ผู้มีอำนาจให้ความยินยอมแทนสถานสงเคราะห์เด็กในการรับบุตรบุญธรรมตาม

In case the minor to be adopted has been deserted and been under supervision of an institution for child welfare under the law on child welfare and protection, the institution shall give consent on behalf of his parents.
