นั้นท่านให้ใช้บังคับตลอดถึงบุริมสิทธิด้วยตามแต่กรณี๑. บุริมสิทธิสามัญมาตรา ๒๕๓[10] ถ้าหนี้มีอยู่เป็นคุณแก่บุคคลผู้ใดในมูลอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ บุคคลผู้นั้นย่อมมีบุริมสิทธิเหนือทรัพย์สินทั้งหมดของลูกหนี้ คือ (๑) ค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อประโยชน์อันร่วมกัน (๒) ค่าปลงศพ (๓) ค่าภาษีอากร และเงินที่ลูกจ้างมีสิทธิได้รับเพื่อการงานที่ได้ทำให้แก่ลูกหนี้ซึ่งเป็นนายจ้าง(๔) ค่าเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภคอันจำเป็นประจำวัน
