หนังสือตั้งผู้รับฉันทะนั้น ให้ลงวันและลงลายมือชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นและให้มีรายการดังต่อไปนี้ คือ(๑) จำนวนหุ้นซึ่งผู้มอบฉันทะนั้นถืออยู่(๒) ชื่อผู้รับฉันทะ(๓) ตั้งผู้รับฉันทะนั้นเพื่อการประชุมครั้งคราวใด หรือตั้งไว้ชั่วระยะเวลาเพียงใด
