เงินได้ของผู้อยู่ในปกครองนั้น ผู้ปกครองย่อมใช้ได้ตามสมควรเพื่อการอุปการะเลี้ยงดูและการศึกษาของผู้อยู่ในปกครอง ถ้ามีเหลือให้ใช้เพื่อแสวงหาผลประโยชน์เฉพาะในเรื่องต่อไปนี้(๑) ซื้อพันธบัตรรัฐบาลไทยหรือพันธบัตรที่รัฐบาลไทยค้ำประกัน(๒) รับขายฝากหรือรับจำนองอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในลำดับแรก แต่จำนวนเงินที่รับขายฝากหรือรับจำนองต้องไม่เกินกึ่งราคาตลาดของอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น(๓) ฝากประจำในธนาคารที่ได้ตั้งขึ้นโดยกฎหมายหรือที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบกิจการในราชอาณาจักร(๔) ลงทุนอย่างอื่นซึ่งศาลอนุญาตเป็นพิเศษ

A guardian may dispose only of such part of the income of the ward as is necessary for the maintenance and education of the latter, The residue shall be invested only; 1. in bonds issued by the Thai Government or in bonds guaranteed by the Thai Government; feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / 2. in taking sale with the right of redemption or in mortgage of immovable property of first rank, the amount of which must not exceed half of the market value of such property; 3. in fixed deposit in a bank established by law or authorized to carry in business in the Kingdom; 4. in any other investment which may specially authorized by the Court.
