ในการประชุมใหญ่ครั้งใด ถ้าได้มีการนัดประชุมหรือการลงมติโดยไม่ปฏิบัติตามหรือฝ่าฝืนข้อบังคับของสมาคมหรือบทบัญญัติในส่วนนี้ สมาชิก หรือพนักงานอัยการอาจร้องขอให้ศาลสั่งเพิกถอนมติในการประชุมใหญ่ครั้งนั้นได้ แต่ต้องร้องขอต่อศาลภายในหนึ่งเดือนนับแต่วันที่ที่ประชุมใหญ่ลงมติ

I any general meeting has been summoned or held or a resolution passed contrary to the regulations of the association or the provisions of this Title, any such member or the public Prosecutor may apply to the Court feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / for cancellation of the resolution of such general meeting, provided that the application is entered within one month after the date of the resolution.
