ในการประชุมใหญ่ครั้งใด ถ้าได้มีการนัดประชุมหรือการลงมติโดยไม่ปฏิบัติตามหรือฝ่าฝืนข้อบังคับของสมาคมหรือบทบัญญัติในส่วนนี้ สมาชิก หรือพนักงานอัยการอาจร้องขอให้ศาลสั่งเพิกถอนมติในการประชุมใหญ่ครั้งนั้นได้ แต่ต้องร้องขอต่อศาลภายในหนึ่งเดือนนับแต่วันที่ที่ประชุมใหญ่ลงมติ

English translation
I any general meeting has been summoned or held or a resolution passed contrary to the regulations of the association or the provisions of this Title, any such member or the public Prosecutor may apply to the Court for cancellation of the resolution of such general meeting, provided that the application is entered within one month after the date of the resolution.
