ในกรณีที่เจ้าหนี้กระทำการใด ๆ นับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ อันมีผลเป็นการลดจำนวนหนี้ที่มีการค้ำประกัน รวมทั้งดอกเบี้ย ค่าสินไหมทดแทน หรือค่าภาระติดพันอันเป็นอุปกรณ์แห่งหนี้รายนั้น ให้ผู้ค้ำประกันเป็นอันหลุดพ้นจากการค้ำประกันตามเงื่อนไขที่บัญญัติไว้ใน
