การเรียกเงินค่าหุ้นแต่ละคราวนั้น ท่านบังคับว่าให้ส่งคำบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้าไม่ต่ำกว่ายี่สิบเอ็ดวันด้วย จดหมายส่งลงทะเบียนไปรษณีย์ และผู้ถือหุ้นทุกคนจะต้องใช้เงินตามจำนวนที่เรียกนั้น สุดแต่กรรมการจะได้กำหนดไปว่าให้ส่งไปยังผู้ใด ณ ที่ใดและเวลาใด
