หุ้นซึ่งริบแล้วนั้นให้เอาออกขายทอดตลาดโดยไม่ชักช้า ได้จำนวนเงินเท่าใดให้เอาหักใช้ค่าหุ้นที่เรียกกับดอกเบี้ยค้างชำระ ถ้ายังมีเงินเหลือเท่าใดต้องส่งคืนให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นนั้น
