เมื่อบุคคลใดนอกจากผู้ทำพินัยกรรมเป็นผู้เขียนข้อความแห่งพินัยกรรม บุคคลนั้นต้องลงลายมือชื่อของตนทั้งระบุว่าเป็นผู้เขียน ถ้าบุคคลนั้นเป็นพยานด้วย ให้เขียนข้อความระบุว่าตนเป็นพยานไว้ต่อท้ายลายมือชื่อของตนเช่นเดียวกับพยานอื่น ๆ

English translation
Where a person other than the testator writes the text of a will, that person must sign his name and state that he is the writer.
If that person is also a witness, he must write a statement that he is a witness after his signature, in the same manner as the other witnesses.
