พินัยกรรมหรือข้อกำหนดพินัยกรรมนั้น ถ้าได้ทำขึ้นขัดต่อบทบัญญัติแห่งมาตรา ๑๖๕๒ ๑๖๕๓ ๑๖๕๖ ๑๖๕๗ ๑๖๕๘ ๑๖๖๐ ๑๖๖๑ หรือ ๑๖๖๓ ย่อมเป็นโมฆะ
