ในเมื่อเสนองบดุล กรรมการต้องเสนอรายงานต่อที่ประชุมใหญ่ แสดงว่าภายในรอบปีซึ่งพิจารณากันอยู่นั้นการงานของบริษัทได้จัดทำไปเป็นประการใดมาตรา ๑๑๙๙[75] บุคคลใดประสงค์จะได้สำเนางบดุลฉบับหลังที่สุดจากบริษัทใด ๆ ก็ชอบที่จะซื้อเอาได้โดยราคาไม่เกินฉบับละยี่สิบบาทให้เป็นหน้าที่ของกรรมการที่จะส่งสำเนางบดุลทุกฉบับไปยังนายทะเบียนไม่ช้ากว่าเดือนหนึ่งนับแต่วันซึ่งงบดุลนั้นได้รับอนุมัติในที่ประชุมใหญ่๕. เงินปันผลและเงินสำรอง
