ผู้ใดประสงค์จะขอตรวจเอกสารเกี่ยวกับมูลนิธิที่นายทะเบียนเก็บรักษาไว้ หรือจะขอให้นายทะเบียนคัดสำเนาเอกสารดังกล่าวพร้อมด้วยคำรับรองว่าถูกต้อง ให้ยื่นคำขอต่อนายทะเบียน และเมื่อได้เสียค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงแล้ว ให้นายทะเบียนปฏิบัติตามคำขอนั้น
