การตั้งผู้ปกครองทรัพย์นั้น ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวด้วยอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือทรัพยสิทธิใด ๆ อันเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ย่อมไม่บริบูรณ์ เว้นแต่จะได้จดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่บทบัญญัติที่กล่าวมาในวรรคก่อนนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับแก่เรือมีระวางตั้งแต่ห้าตันขึ้นไป ทั้งแพและสัตว์พาหนะด้วย[284]
